FAQs – MEXI Clothing



When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Items are sent by Royal Mail.

With 1st Class shipping selected at checkout, orders should arrive within 1-2 working days. With 2nd Class shipping, orders should arrive within 2-5 working days.

For European shipping, items should arrive within 3-5 working days, but may take a little longer from time to time. If applicable, you may be issued with a tracking number.

If your order has not arrived, use the contact form at the bottom of this section to let us know and we'll get back to you straight away.

Can I return my order?

Yes - although you will be required to cover the costs of sending the item back to us. Our full returns and exchanges policy can be found here.

Do you work with journalists/bloggers/influencers?

Yes - contacting us via InstagramTwitter or Facebook is the best way. Alternatively, write to us using welcome(at)mexi.clothing.

We'll get back to you as quickly as we can - try to be specific if there is something in particular on which you would like to would like to work with us.
